We had a great stay at a hotel in a good location near the shopping streets and subway stations. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the convenience of the coin laundry room. They also provided clean towels and robes during our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff members were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. They even assisted me in forwarding my luggage to my next destination. The location was perfect, as it was close to major train stations and within walking distance of the famous Dotonbori district. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated near the longest shopping arcade in Japan, providing plenty of opportunities for leisurely strolls and shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel, including the regularly changed bed linens and tidy bathrooms, was impressive. the hotel facilities, transportation accessibility, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.

Location is not so good. 5 ~ 10 mins walk to nearest subway. 20 mins walk to Dotonbori.

Behaviour of the staff (front desk) was too rude. There was no window in the room.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area, right beside the Higobashi subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. With four subway stations within easy reach, getting around was a breeze. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities and had a cozy "hostel" atmosphere, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The free wired internet access was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

Great location, close to train station and popular attractions like the castle and Dotomburi. Staff is helpful and speaks English well. Clean rooms with complete amenities. Prompt service for tenant's needs.

The check-in policy (absurd amount of money if you want to enter earlier), the staff in general. It's not possible that they wake you up at 10 A.m calling you in the room to know if you're leaving or not for the cleaning-room (not the check-out day, a normal day).

The staff were great! As an American I am always surprised with Japabese hospitality.

Additionally, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, bringing clean towels every day even if I didn't request room service. The room was also very clean and had comfortable beds.

The walls were quite thin, allowing for noise to easily carry from other rooms. The Wi-Fi was only available on the reception floor and not in the rooms.
